Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please e-mail us or call us
at (909)478-1498. If you call to cancel your order, and we
already shipped the dress, then we can only issue you an
exchange.
If we cannot get you the dress you desire by your "Wear Date"
we will notify you as soon as possible.

-We don't issue refunds, just exchanges.
-You can only exchange an item within 48 Hours of the day you
received your order.
-The tags must be on the item and can't have any sign of being
worn.

We take extra steps necessary to ensure that you receive your
purchase(s) in a timely manner. Some orders may experience
delays due to being back ordered. We will notify you of any
delays (if any) and will keep you posted on its arrival to you.

information pertaining to ordering your dress as well as our
policy for returns. Please take the time to read.
Please be advised: If the dress is not in stock, it won't ship the
next day! Shipping subject to availability!
WE SHIP VIA UPS Ground (Continental USA only) $ 13.00 Will
be at your residence 1-10 business days of the day we ship
your order..depending on where you live.
2nd Day (USA only) $30.00 (You should be receiving your
dress in 2 days) Next Day (Continental and USA only) $45.00 .
(Next Day)
Military U.S. Bases (Overseas) $ 13.00 ( pick either CA or NY
as a State depending on the location of your FPO AP). Alaska,
and Hawaii add $29.00 to the regular shipping charges. Other
options available under request (please e-mail us with your
request).
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS $39.00 - and that we are not
"responsible" for the shipment (as packages can not be insured
to all countries).
Please take notice that shipping of product is due to availability.
Dresses may take between 1 day and up to 6 weeks for
delivery. It depends on the Style, Color and Size....and shipping
method chosen by customer. Some may be available for
immediate shipping, others may take several weeks. If we
expect a longer delay than 6 weeks, we will contact you for
instructions. Do not forget to state your "wear date".
Overnight Shipping Service is available at extra cost, but if the
dress is not in stock, it won't ship the next day! Shipping is
subject to availability!
